What time will Fun and Easy Science arrive?
Fun and Easy Science will arrive 15-30 minutes before the start time to set up.
Where should the guests sit?
Guests need to be seated at tables in the living room, kitchen, backyard, garage,etc.
What if I have more than 10 guests?
Each guest over the 10 head count will be an additional charge of $5.00.
Do you provide Goody Bags? Do guests keep what they make?
Yes and yes! Each guest will leave with a Goody Bag provided by Fun and Easy Science and the activity that they made during the party.
What time do you have parties?
Parties are normally on weekends. Earliest start time: 11am.
Latest start time 5 pm. There is an additional charge of
$20.00 for week day parties.
How long do parties last?
Party lengths vary depending on activities choosen. There is a minimum of 45 miniutes and maximum of 2 hours.
Can parents participate?
Parents are more than welcome to stay and assist!
What if I have guests that are under the age of 3?
Guests under the age of three are not included in the head count unless they are participating as a guest.
Do you provide food/drinks?
No, we do not provide food/drinks. We provide all materials needed for the hands-on activities.
Do you have events at schools, camps, churches,etc?
Yes! Please contact us.
What if I need to cancel?
There is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your preferred party date. The balance is payable the day of your party. Should you have a change of plans and need to reschedule, you may contact us. Fun and Easy Science can transfer the $50.00 deposit to another date that is available.
When will I settle my bill?
The bill will be settled immediately following your party by your Fun and Easy Science Scientist. Your Scientist will go through the invoice and provide you with a copy. The $50.00 deposit will be deducted from the amount owed for the party. We will accept cash, money order or checks.
How do I pay my deposit?
Deposits are made via email invoice. We take payment through Google Checkout. Google Checkout is a secure payment processing type. You can make your deposit by check, Visa or Mastercard. Once requested time and date have been verified, we will email you the invoice.
