Fun and Easy Science Expo
When: Saturday March 31st, 2012
Where: Herbert C. Young Community Center in Cary,NC
Time: 11 am to 2 pm
This Expo will benefit the non-profit organization ReadandFeed.org
Admission by the public is an item that is needed by the Read and Feed organization.
Upon presenting item, guest receives a meal ticket. Pizza will be provided by Papa Murphy's Pizza on Kildaire Farm Road and Cary Parkway.
We are looking for vendors to be a part of our Education Awareness Exposition.
Vendors must provide services that are suitable for students in grades K-12. (Sports, tutoring, dance, etc.)
Vendors must be able to offer services to both the home school and non-home school communities.
The theme for 2012 is "Movement". This coincides with the Town of Cary's "Get Fit" campaign.
No selling of any products or services. You may distribute information about your services, gather leads, etc.
This is a great way to get introduced to community as well as help an excellent organization.
There is a $25 fee to be a vendor. All proceeds will benefit Read and Feed.
Goal:
- Support Read and Feed with monetary gifts ($25 vendor fee) as well as much needed items (notebooks, pencils, paper, etc.)
- Expose the citizens of the Town of Cary to local businesses who offer needed services for the continued education of Cary's Youth.
Benefit to Vendors:
- Exposure to the community.
- Raffle table allows you to gather contact information for individuals interested in your services. You can contact potential clients at your convenience.
